Notes to Self

After observing myself on an endless search of books, podcasts in the self development realm where the focus was external, I turned inward to let my own voice be the guide. The result was and outpouring of unfiltered thoughts, desires, ways of being that I subscribe to; like conversations with my future self. This collection was something that had to come out of me. Art meets poetry as words dominate the canvas, through paint, embroidery and yarn. The abstract backgrounds are messy, energetic, and passionate, just like the thoughts I hope they spark.
