"Constructs of the Mind" Recommended Reading/Listening List

It started out simple enough. Rather than listening to music while I worked in my studio, I started listening to podcasts, most notably Cathy Heller's "Don't Keep Your Day Job". What I noticed after a month or so was an overall shift in mindset towards positivity, gratitude and being more present. I decided to dig deeper by soaking up books, videos, and starting a meditation practice. The stories and research I've absorbed, along with the inner work I've done (and continue to do) have been invaluable. I find myself to be more calm, more comfortable letting go of control, less inside my head and more present in my relationships. This whole process was the inspiration behind my "Constructs of the Mind" collection. While it's been a very personal journey, the eye-opening lessons, perspectives and shifts are something I want to share with everyone. I invite you to venture on your own exploration to find what resonates with you:
