This 12" x 50" one-of-a-kind wall hanging is constructed of painted strips of yupo paper, wax thread, suede cording and metal rods.
As part of a recent exhibit on gratitude, I had participants anonymously write down what they were thankful for at that exact moment in their life. Their contributions may range from silly to contemplative, however their collective voices harmonize to highlight just how transformative it can be when you focus on the positive. A few empty strips eagerly await the lucky new owner.
